YES! We just recently expanded to include International Shipping. While we do not ship to ALL countries, we do now ship to quite a few! The countries we now ship to are as follows: Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Virgin Islands (British) and all US territories.
**All orders shipping to a destination outside of United States are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country (your country). Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department. Be Momentous is not responsible for any possible customs and/or taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the customs process or any additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. It depends on where you are and what shipping method you choose at checkout. We use USPS as well as FedEx. Typically FedEx is most reliable these days, but more costly. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, you will receive email confirmation with your tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. If you are an International Customer please take the time to review the question noted above "Do You Ship Overseas?"
All of our inventory is housed and shipped from our distribution center in Colorado Springs, CO.

Pilling is bound to happen eventually, especially if you happen to make the mistake of attaching your velcro to the band itself rather than the velcro at the underside of the band. We highly recommend using a handheld pill remover or "de-fuzzer" as we like to call it! You can purchase one here. Also great to have on hand for any of your sweaters or apparel.
Our d-rings are stainless steel but tarnish can sometimes happen if you live in a humid climate. If you have steel appliances you can use the same cleaner to keep your band d-ring good as new. Otherwise we suggest buying a cleaner like this one to keep your band's d-ring sparkly and tarnish free.
It's our greatest goal to ensure our customers are satisfied and love our products. If you do need to return or exchange an order, we’re happy to help. Just reach out to us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Please note, we only accept exchanges within 30 days from the day you received your order. Returns will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival at our distribution center. If for any reason the product you return is damaged and cannot be resold we reserve the right to not provide a full refund.
